Children With Diabetes (CWD) orchestrates a pivotal event annually in the enchanting setting of Disney World, Orlando, FL. This gathering magnetizes a global assembly of esteemed clinicians, researchers, physicians, and families touched by diabetes. It's not just about adults and children living with diabetes but also their siblings and the children of adults managing type 1 diabetes, all converging to delve into the latest advancements in diabetes care.

Tasked with the inspiring tagline, “REACH FOR THE STARS WITH DEXCOM,” our creative challenge was to conceptualize and breathe life into a premier tradeshow experience that resonates with Dexcom's youthful audience against a backdrop of a galaxy theme.

Our Objective: To weave a captivating space-themed narrative throughout the booth and its ancillary engagements.

Concept Insight: Drawing a parallel to how past navigators relied on the constellations for navigation, attendees embark on their daily adventures with the confidence imparted by Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems guiding them.

Spearheading the creative voyage, I navigated the conceptualization process and pitched our visions to clients, ensuring alignment and excitement around the final concept choice: “Astronauts.”

Here are glimpses of what our collaboration brought to life. In close partnership with the Creative Director, copywriters, booth vendors, and a constellation of clients, we materialized these groundbreaking ideas. Our collective creativity and execution were recognized with the prestigious ONE Club for Creativity award in the category of experiential and immersive design, a testament to our innovative approach and impactful work.
